It is a grain that differs from others thanks to its collection because it is made when it has grape color and sweetness approximates 25 degrees Brix. In addition it is a coffee that does not undergo the fermentation process, as it is depulped and dried with all the sugars it brings. Within its sensorial profile, its high acidity is high fruity, fruity sweetness, floral notes (rose tea) and chocolates, flavored with hazelnuts and almonds that give it soft and consistent characteristics.
